Hello All,
This weekend was one of the most successful for our students and staff in recent memory. In addition to the 7th snow day of the year, our students put on a show all over Metro Detroit!
Our Varsity Boys Basketball team locked up their second straight district title on Friday night against Allen Park. They will go on to play Dearborn High School on Monday night at 5:00 pm at Fordson!
On Saturday evening, Emily Jacobs was elected to the office of Vice President of Public Relations by DECA participants from across Michigan!
Also on Saturday, Cesar Garcia won a DECA State Championship in Sports Entertainment Marketing.
Saturday was also a banner day for our JROTC Program. The Armed Inspection Platoon finished in second place in the Seventh Brigade Regional competition at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Congratulations are due to all involved in these incredible events! Thanks for all of your hard work and for representing LPHS so well!
