WIDA TESTING

• 9th and 10th graders test the week of February 9th-February 13th, with Make Ups continuing February 18th-20th
• 11th and 12th graders test the week of February 23rd-27th, with Make Ups continuing March 2nd-4th
• Students will be tested by EL Coaches primarily in English, Social Studies, and ESL classes that contain a significant number of students who need to test.  Teachers with testing hours have been contacted.
• There are a handful of students that may need to be pulled from a class to test.  Erika Reed will contact you with the student name, period, and testing room/proctor information, if you have one of these students.

- For planning purposes, the Vision to Learn program will be here next week February 4th and 5th.  English classes will follow the listed schedule, and the exams will be on the large auditorium stage.

- Remember for exams and lockdown browsers:

For NWEA, they just need to have the students click on the "Apps" button on the Chromebook login screen.  Don't login, just click the "Apps" button and then select NWEA.

For Illuminate, the students don't do anything different, but the teacher has to click a setting when giving the test called "Locked Browser Only"

Classwize just allows teachers to view the student's screens and block websites that Tech isn't already blocking.
