Hello Everyone,
I hope you've all enjoyed a beautiful weekend and squeezed in some last summer activities!
Before we get to the week ahead, a reminder about expectations for your gradebook. It is a building expectation that gradebooks in MiStar are updated at least once per week and should be done by Wednesday of each week. As we look through at student information, there are still some classes that are showing no grades entered. This could be because nothing has been entered yet, in which case you should do so by Wednesday. It could also be because you haven't made it visible to others yet, so please double check this setting. All gradebooks should be set up with 60% of the final grade coming from assessments, 30% coming from homework or daily work, and 10% being the final exam.
One more general announcement, we will delay the starting of E-Hall Pass until Wednesday. The reason for this is so you all have time to review the materials shared by Mr. Kraft yesterday both for yourself and with your classes. On Tuesday, during our PSP time, Mr. Kraft will be available in the media center to answer any questions that you may have. You can access the presentation by Mr. Kraft here. * PSP during staff meeting time (2:48-3:48) - This must be done on a pre-assessment as has been discussed in detail at our two staff meetings this week. * PBIS Meeting, 7:10 am in room 144. All are welcome!
* Fire Drill - 1:30 pm
