- Attendance report will be ran for final exam exemptions.

- Students can earn an exempt status from taking their final exams by achieving an 85% or higher in the class for the semester, having 3 or fewer absences, 3 or fewer tardies, and zero suspensions for the semester. The only absences that are not counted towards the total are family funerals, religious observations, field trips and court proceedings.

- U letter grades = When a student fails the class AND has 8 or more absences.

- Q letter grades = When a student fails the class but obtains an 85% or higher on the final exam.
