This Week at LPHS, April 17 - 21

We finally get to return to "normal" as testing has concluded for most of our students.  Thank you for all of your efforts last week and the reminders to be here for testing.  Our junior class had the best attendance that I can remember for testing.  

We have just 8 weeks until final exams and it will certainly go by quickly.  Please stay on top of students and parents with grades.  This is the stretch of the year where complacency starts to set in.  Keeping students engaged and parents informed will be keys to our success.  

We have no special events going on this week, so hopefully a lot of uninterrupted learning taking place!  Enjoy the week!

Reminder: Mr. Brian Amorose joins the team at LPHS this week in the interim Athletic Director/AD role while Mr. McKenzie moves to LPMS for the remainder of the year.  Brian will take over all duties of Mr. McKenzie outside of teacher evaluations.  If Mr. McKenzie does your formal eval, one of the three remaining admin at LPHS will finish yours off for the year.  WE will provide more individual information regarding this soon.
